TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LIVING BLUE MALLORCA acts solely as an intermediary and not as a legal or tax advisor and assumes no legal responsibility for the content of a contract and the general purchase/sale process. The parties are advised to consult with their respective lawyers and tax advisors regarding costs, taxes, and legal matters.

Our rental commission is as follows:

1.5 times the monthly rental + 21% VAT for Residential property.

Our sales commission is 6% of the sales price, plus 21% IVA, payable by the seller at the moment of signing the public deed of purchase (escritura pública).

The seller is required to promptly inform Living Blue Mallorca S.L. in the case of a private sale or sale through another property agent. Additionally, the seller must provide Living Blue Mallorca S.L. with the full name of the buyer.
