The main house of this property is divided into three parts, each with its own entrance. The central area comprises a spacious dining room with a fireplace that adjoins a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. The living room is bright and cozy, also featuring a fireplace. Most rooms have wooden beam ceilings and traditional stone walls. The side wings of the building offer three spacious bedrooms, two of which are located next to each other and are ideal for families with young children. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a fireplace, with two of the three bedrooms also equipped with air conditioning and a safe.

Opposite the main house, there is a guest house with two spacious rooms, each with its own entrance and en-suite bathroom. An independent apartment on the upper floor with access via an outdoor staircase comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms. The entire apartment is charmingly furnished in traditional Mallorcan style.

Next to the pool, there is a second guest house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. The private pool is impressive and offers a small cave as well as plenty of space for sun loungers and dining areas. A bar, barbecue facilities, and a pizza oven are also available.
