Personal property finders
Mandy Fletling has studied business management in Barcelona and has been living in Spain since 1999 and in Mallorca since 2003, where she spent 7 years working for a well-known real estate agency in the south-west of the island. Before opening her own real estate agency, she took a time out in Mexico to study yoga and meditation. After returning to Mallorca, she and her husband Claudio Martínez founded Living Blue Mallorca in 2012. With just the right mix of heart, competence and understanding and together with a motivated, international team, she managed to turn Living Blue to the market leader in the area within only a few years, currently running three offices: in the idyllic village of Alaró, in Santa Maria del Cami and in the pictoresque harbour of Port de Soller. She also chose Alaró as the place to live with her husband and children after living in Palma for several years, because she was magically attracted by this special place at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, especially by its famous twin mountains. In her spare time, she still does yoga regularly and enjoys the amazing nature with her children, husband and animals.

Claudio Martínez studied business management and marketing at the University of Monterrey, Mexico. He later lived in Canada and in Tulum/Mexico where he worked in the real estate sector. There the idea of Living Blue Mallorca was born. Together with his wife Mandy Fletling he established his own company in 2012. Claudio is the creative mind of Living Blue and deals with strategic issues of the company, expansion as well as accounting and the technical part.
He is living on a country house in Alaró and he spends his free time with his family and his pets, doing sports, planting, doing hikes and travelling.

Nicole Manzke has been working in the Majorcan Real Estate market since 2006. She manages the sales administration and is taking care of our company contacts.
For six years she traveled the world as a flight attendant for "Deutsche Lufthansa" and then studied linguistics and philology at the university of Barcelona. After working in Barcelona for a few years in the field of event management, she moved to Mallorca 9 years ago, where she started to work in a renowned law firm, before she changed to the administration department of an established, reputable real estate agency. In 2014 she joined the team of Living Blue.
Mrs. Manzke speaks fluently German, English and Spanish and professionally supports the management in all areas. Apart from her administrave work, she aquires new properties, does valuations and she writes all texts for the website and the newsletters of Living Blue.

Cristina Cardeña was born in Zurich to Spanish parents. There she completed her tourism studies and worked for a few years in a travel agency. Her dream and passion for travel made her came true and as a tour guide for a renowned tour operator she traveled and worked in several countries around the world such as Egypt, Maldives, Canary Islands, Greek Islands and many more beautiful places. She fell in love with the island of Mallorca, where she has lived for over 20 years in the beautiful north of the island, in Alcudia. In her free time she enjoys reading, learning to play the piano and taking long walks on the beach, and at night she enjoys gazing at the stars and galaxies through her telescope. Cristina works in our team at the main office in Santa Maria del Camí and her job consists of actively supporting the real estate consultants, organizing the after-sales service and serving the international clientele. As head of administration, she has other interesting tasks such as supporting the management in various topics. Her mother tongues are Spanish and German, but she is also fluent in English, French, Italian and of course Schwyzerdütsch.

Stephanie was born in the southern part of France, La Provence. Together with her family she has been living in the countryside of Mallorca since 2015. She fall in love with the Mediterranean environment, its colours and its nature which feed her artistic passion and inspire her work in home textile decoration, charming houses in France and country homes on the island. Stephanie speaks French, Spanish and English. Based in the Alaro office, she feels honoured to be part of the Living Blue Mallorca team and being able to support the entire sales team.

Guni Bermudez was born and grew up in Germany, where she also pursued a career in marketing for a B2B company. She always had a longing to live abroad, and moved first to Italy, and three years later to the US, where she lived for 8 years. In 2012 she came to Mallorca for a sabbatical, and stayed. 'Mallorca is a great spot to raise children', she says. 'There is a bit of everything - sea and mountains, city and nature, culture, seasons... and a wonderful mix of different cultures, while you can still enjoy an island feeling. In her free time she enjoys hiking, being with her family, and she is also very creative. Guni worked for and still is involved in a local non profit organization, aiming for a cleaner and healthier environment. She speaks German, English, Spanish, and some Italian and is working to improve her Catalan. Guni is looking forward to supporting you in finding your dream home on this beautiful island.

Florian has grown up in France and has German-French roots. After obtaining a law degree in Lyon, he specialised in real estate law with a Master's degree in 2014 and wrote his final thesis on the Energetic Renovation of Buildings.
After working for two years managing housing renovation projects, he moved to Berlin, where he worked for three years at a real estate fund specialising in the energy renovation of apartment buildings. There he advised owner-occupiers and capital investors on the acquisition of residential and commercial units. Subsequently, he worked for two years at an international real estate agency, where he advised buyers and sellers in various languages. At the same time, he acquired the German real estate agents' certificate.
Florian speaks fluent German, French, English and Spanish. In his spare time, he enjoys playing football and exploring the villages and mountains of Mallorca by bike.

Bettina Bachem works in our office in Port de Soller. She is an architect and media artist. Since she has always felt attracted by the sea, she moved from Cologne, Germany to Sóller in 2005. There she founded an art gallery with her husband. In addition to her interest in art, she continues to love architecture and that's how she joined the Living Blue Mallorca team. She speaks German, English, Spanish and a little bit of Catalan. In her free time, she enjoys the island's nature with her family and is passionate about gardening. Mallorca has just the right mix of culture, nature and lifestyle for Bettina. In addition to a wide range of cultural activities in Palma, she loves the Art Nouveau architecture in Palma and Sóller. It is a nice feeling for her to live at the foot of the Tramuntana, a Unesco World Heritage Site, and to see her child grow up here. In addition, the island location offers a unique climate and is at the same time optimally connected to many interesting metropolises in Europe.

Kristina came to Mallorca in 2006 and has been living at her dream place Sóller since 2008. She originally comes from the medical area and has been working in various clinics on Mallorca in patient care and as an interpreter. She had already worked as an assistant in the real estate sector before she started working in the tourism industry for many years, working as a hotel receptionist here in Mallorca and also in Switzerland. Kristina is a German native speaker, speaks fluent Spanish and English, can talk well in French and now also understands Majorcan very well. She loves the island, especially the combination of mountains and sea in the area around Sóller, and she spends her free time hiking in the Tramuntana or walking by the sea. Kristina especially enjoys the international customer contact and is happy to welcome our customers in our beautiful office next to the sea in Port de Soller.

Petra Eurenius is Swedish but has lived most of her life in Mallorca, and in Alaro since 1992.

Claudio Rode grew up in Uruguay but has been living in Mallorca since 1995. Here he has been working for 18 years in the real estate sector, spending most of his free time on his finca, located in the beautiful centre of the island, along with his wife and many four-legged friends (dogs, sheep, cats).
Claudio loves the country life, has a good sense of humor and is the perfect contact when it comes to rural properties on Mallorca.

Steve Keller was born in Bonn, Germany and lives with his family for over ten years in Alaró. The graduate of natural science and business administration knows the island like the back of his hand, has written several bestsellers about Mallorca and occasionally works as a hiking guide. His greatest passion, however, is the guitar, which he devotes himself to as often as possible in his free time.

Ana is half Spanish and half Irish. She was born and brought up in Barcelona, studied international Business Management in England where she also worked for many years in several international roles in Customer Services, and Real Estate operations travelling all over the world. She moved back to Spain to continue with the role but without so much travel as her daughter was born.
She discovered her love for Mallorca after spending many holidays sailing with her family round the island which in turn prompted her to start her own charter sailing business in Mallorca in 2012. After intensive searching she has made Alaró her new home. Now having sold her charter business is enjoying the opportunity to find the perfect home for her clients. She loves working with the Living Blue team because of their teamwork, fun and “can do” attitude.

Mariano Peréz Caló is our cosmopolitan. Born in Buenos Aires he studied agronomics to follow the family tradition. At the age of 25 years, he decided to take the opportunity to travel the world. The passionate surfer lived in California, Hawaii, Germany and even followed some waves to Costa Rica, Indonesia and Morocco before in 2004 he finally put down roots in the beautiful Island of Mallorca, where his two children were born. Thanks to his international experience he has a keen sense for all sorts of people and cultures. His mother tongue is Spanish, but his English is fluent as well. He might also attend our customers in German and Italian.

Kerstin Honrath is German and has lived in Italy, Switzerland and Belgium for many years. She has lived in Mallorca since 2015. She has a heart for real estate and has started renovating and selling apartments in Italy. Kerstin worked for large, well-known commercial and luxury brokers in Germany. In addition, she has 10-year experience in the fashion industry where she very successfully set up two textile shops with her own shoe label. Her greatest passion belongs to the interior and she has a feeling for the potential that can be found in a house. It gives her great pleasure to find the right “home” and to make the customers happy. Since she has often moved herself, she knows exactly what it means to have the right contact person. Mallorca is a place she calls home now.

Marcos Buades was born and raised in Mallorca. He went to college in the US where he got a degree in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Tourism and Sustainable Development from a University in Australia. For over a decade Marcos managed companies in the tourist sector in the Island. Eventually he set up a vacation rental company that he owned for five years. He has also worked as Senior Consultant for a Swedish Company. Marcos lives with his family in a country house in Biniali and his biggest passions are travelling, sailing, snowboarding, hiking and adventure sports. Marcos is fluent in English, Spanish and Mallorquin and speaks some French and Swedish.

Katharina Bös was born in Cologne and moved to Mallorca with her family in the early 1990s. She grew up bilingual in German and Spanish and also speaks Mallorquin and English. After a childhood in Mallorca, and after finishing her studies in Hotel Management, she spent 10 years living in different places; Mexico, Uruguay, Madrid and Frankfurt. When starting a family, she decided that Mallorca was the ideal place to raise her son and since 2017 she has returned to live in her favourite city Palma. In her spare time she loves exploring the fantastic hiking trails on the island and enjoys cooking for friends and family.

Aviv Don was born in Israel and fascinated by the island, settled in Mallorca four years ago. He specialized in sales management in the United States, Europe and Asia. Aviv opened his own cosmetics shop and then decided to shift his career path to the real estate sector. Apart from his passion for houses, in his spare time he loves cooking, sports and travelling around the world to learn about different cultures. Born in Barcelona, after finishing his studies he worked in different photography and design studios until a few years later he started working as a photography assistant in productions for most interior design and architecture magazines. After five years as an assistant he moved to Menorca where he lived for two years. 14 years ago he moved to Mallorca where his daughter was born. Since his arrival he has worked for different real estate agencies always dedicated to make the most of the properties. He loves to go out to the mountains to enjoy the incredible landscapes of this beautiful island as well as discovering its countless corners and beaches. Beatus Zimmermann was born and raised in Germany. After completing his studies, he came to Mallorca in 2005 and has since worked in the brokerage of residential properties on the Balearic island. Concha Vera was born in Stockholm, Sweden, to Spanish parents, where she lived until she finished her studies. She later moved to Spain to start her professional career in the commercial aviation industry. Initially she worked as a cabin crew member on long-haul international flights and later held management positions in different areas in several airlines. In recent years she made the jump to the real estate sector and real estate developers where she held different positions related to sales mainly to foreign clients. It is a pleasure for her to be part of the Living Blue team and to be able to assist our clients all along the way to find their dream home. Her greatest passion is traveling and getting to know natural spaces and other cultures. She is also a fan of water sports, such as sailing and scuba diving, so whenever she has the chance, she takes the opportunity to go out to sea to enjoy the still secret gems and corners of Mallorca. Julia Laukert is half German and originally from Estonia and her journey took her across Finland, Germany and Luxembourg to Mallorca. After buying her property with Living Blue she has been living here since 2016. She studied European Studies and speaks several languages: German, Russian, English, Spanish, French/Catalan. Her previous career was mainly in marketing until she dedicated herself to her three children for a certain period of time. After this she worked with a Spanish real estate lawyer in Palma. Julia enjoys hiking and reading. She loves Mallorca for its multicultural flair and excellent Mediterranean climate.

Claudia von Holst, native of Hamburg, lived as a young woman in Argentina where she learned Spanish, and for an extended period in India, where she renovated an old colonial-style house with friends. She spent part of her training as an advertising saleswoman in Andorra. After completing her studies in economics at the University of Hamburg, she worked for more than 15 years as a financial consultant for exclusive clients, with a focus on real estate financing, retirement planning and investment. She worked in Hamburg, Munich, and Berlin/Potsdam, where she lived with her family for 12 years before immigrating to Spain. For the past 10 years, she has lived on Mallorca, pursuing her dream of living and working in this beautiful and lively location. In her free time, she pursues her creative passions, sports, and activities with her children. Claudia is fluent in German, English, and Spanish, and is currently learning Catalan. She finds it rewarding to be part of the Living Blue team in Campos and to support the entire sales team.
